Common mold materials: Sweden's ASSAB Viking, 8407, ASP23, ASP65, and Japan's DAIDO DC53, SKD61, SKD11, etc. For precision stamping molds, hafnium gold materials such as SKH-9 and KD-20 are commonly used, and vacuum heat treatment or cryogenic treatment is adopted. The three main boards of precision continuous stamping molds also need to undergo supercooling treatment.

The maximum size of the stamping die is 2000 * 400 * 300mm (length x width x height).
