Our company has more than 40 Japanese FANUC high-speed electric plastic machines (from 30T to 360T), as well as imported inspection equipment from abroad, ensuring the smooth progress of our production and quality requirements. All machines are equipped with peripheral equipment such as dehumidifiers, dryers, mold thermometers, and crushers, which can meet the production of high-precision and high demand plastic products.

Our company mainly produces precision injection molded parts for electronic connectors, communication, optical fibers, and other products. In addition to using internally manufactured molds for production, we also accept customers to transfer molds to our company for injection molding production.

Common plastics: LCP, PA46, PPS, PA66, PC, PBT, POM, ABS and other plastics from manufacturers such as POLY, GE, DSM, etc. The maximum temperature of the materials can reach 430 ℃, and the mold temperature can reach 180 ℃.

The main automated production processes involved include laser processing and welding, LCR testing, epoxy resin encapsulation, automatic bending and assembly, machine recognition, wave soldering reflow soldering, automatic packaging, etc. The processing and assembly accuracy can reach within+/-0.03, and the high difficulty automated assembly actions of a single assembly line can reach more than 10. The products involved range from automotive connector products with high reliability requirements to high-speed communication connector products with extremely high precision requirements.
